India's first dialect-focused voice-to-text AI model, built ground-up to understand how Indians actually speak
Computer Voice Recognition models struggle with everyday spoken language that Indians use. On average, 1 word per 5 words is understood wrong - leading to frustrated user experience and waste of time and money.
Indians are the world's leaders in speaking to Apps/AI chatbots - with 50%+ voice commands from India versus 30% for OECD countries.
Computer voice models built on Latin Languages with "one size fits all" approach are not working for everyday Indians. Most AI models are derived from Latin Models (wave2vec2) and then all Indian Languages are built on top of it. This approach DOES NOT work.
SarvBol is our first voice recognition model, being built ground-up using Dialect as a First Class Citizen.
In pilot phase, SarvBol caters to Hindi Dialects: Awadhi, Kannauji, Bundeli, Braj, Bhojpuri, and Haryanvi.
We intend to expand voice recognition to other Indian languages - in their own model (versus 1 model for all Indian languages that competition follows). This keeps our models small, accurate, and low power.
More Indian languages and dialects coming soon, each with their own dedicated model for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
We're developing additional small-scale AI models for image processing and other India-specific use cases across defense, healthcare, finance, and more.
